Shipping Policy

At VoltRide, we work with a trusted network of suppliers to deliver your order directly to your door. As our products are dispatched from multiple suppliers, delivery timeframes and conditions may vary depending on the product and your location.

Australian Domestic Shipping

  • Delivery Areas: We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and rural areas.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: Most orders are delivered within 5–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote or rural locations may require additional time.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product(s) ordered. Free shipping may be available on selected products — check individual product listings for details.
  • Dispatch Times: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability with our suppliers.

International Shipping

  • Availability: International shipping is available on selected products. Eligible products will display international shipping options at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: International orders generally take 10–30 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight/dimensions.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Important Notes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.
  • As products are shipped directly from our supplier network, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. VoltRide is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please contact our team — we're happy to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Clear photographs of the issue

Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty

All products sold by VoltRide come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We stand behind every product we sell — warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product and are outlined in the product documentation or individual product listing. If you have a warranty concern, please contact us directly and our team will work with you to ensure your issue is resolved promptly and fairly.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or report a faulty item, please contact us via email at support@voltride.com.au or through our Contact page with your order details. Our team will assess your request and provide instructions on the next steps. Please do not return any items without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and assessed. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
